We can aggressively attack large derailments with multiple pieces of equipment and clear and/or rerail your rolling stock and open your track back to operating status.

Post Derailment Site Restoration

Pat Baker Company, Inc. is a full service derailment provider whose services do not end when the last car is cleared or rerailed. We own and maintain additional equipment to clean up the affected site and return it to better than pre-derailment conditions.

Traction Motor Change Outs

We can install an idler wheel or put in a new traction motor.

Loading Out Cars

Our firm can load damaged cars and truck sets onto trucks or flat cars to haul to a repair shop, scrap yard or destination of your choice.

Grading Road Bed and Laying Track Panels

After the derailment is over we can remove the damaged ties and rail with our dozers and excavators and restore your road bed to a smooth contour. Then we can use our sidebooms and/or excavators to lay your track panels into place.
